Government rating puts Profile among the leading security companies

With a remarkable score of 104 points compared to the industry average of 50, Profile Security’s most recent audit by the National Security Inspectorate puts the company among the very best security providers in the UK.

“For a company such as ours – still of relatively modest size – this is a truly remarkable result,” said Mick Austen, Profile’s Group Health, Safety, Training & Quality Director. The annual audit, the fifth since the company joined the SIA’s Approved Contractor Scheme, has raised Profile’s previous score (from an already very creditable 94) by a further 10 points. Only those companies scoring more than 99 points make it among the premiership group of top 10% security companies in the country.

Completed over four days, the inspection scrutinises procedures, staff licences and compliance with security industry standards. It also benchmarks against ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems. Mick Austen added, “I thank all the staff at Profile on behalf of our Senior Management – and our clients – for their continued support. The result is amazing news.”
