Profile goes for Maximum Security
Profile Security Services Limited has completed the acquisition of the North Lincolnshire-based firm Maximum Security. The move is part of The Profile Group's ongoing strategy to seek out UK-wide acquisitions that will add value to its organisation. As well as established manned guarding resources, Maximum brings with it assets that are new to Profile's growing list of services: Event Security and Door Supervision.
Profile Managing Director Martin McGowan Scanlon commented, "Maximum's portfolio of clients will add just over £1million of new contracts to Profile's existing business in the Scunthorpe area. With skills that both match and complement our own, Maximum's business and its assets provide a perfect fit".
Garry Bulmer will continue to run the Maximum operation under the direction of Profile's Divisional Director Chris McKay. Garry's many security initiatives have included building a number of mobile CCTV units which will undergo further research and development work thanks to Profile.
